Account and data deletion

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to TAP Props.
  2. Open the user menu and select Settings.
  3. Under Account, select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning, enter the confirmation text, and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@tapprops.com from the address associated with your TAP Props account and request account deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Firebase authentication identity and initiates deletion of account-linked TAP Props data, including server-side account preferences and subscription-entitlement associations. Locally stored app preferences can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained where required by law or by Apple App Store, Google Play, payment, or infrastructure providers. Retained information is not used to provide an active TAP Props account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your TAP Props account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
